MARTYR MOSES, A SPIRITUAL TEACHER OF THE GREAT-MARTYR QUEEN KETEVAN

Abstract

The history of the Georgian nation is full of descriptions of the martyrs lives who sacrificed themselves to protect Christianity and their Motherland in different eras. The Apostolic Orthodox Church of Georgia canonized many martyrs.
Hagiographic stories have been written about their merits and some of them have reached us. However, there are Georgian martyrs, about whom only a little information has been preserved. One of them was Moses, a spiritual teacher of Ketevan
Bagrationi, the Great-Martyr Queen.
