Abstract

An important work was added to Georgian historical science. Recently, under the auspices of the National Academy of Sciences of Georgia, "History of the Caucasus" was published in two volumes. Academician Roin Metrevel is the chief editor of the publication. The group of authors includes: Roin Metreveli (leader), Valeri Vashakidze, Vakhtang Guruli, Aleksandre Daushvili, Lela Mikiashvili, Johnny Kvitsiani, Giorgi Cheishvili, Otar Janelidze.
